The combined 50 years’ experience of the Directors of YakasKauri provides proven delivery track-record across the many facets of property development including; housing delivery in partnership with the Crown and Māori, construction, governance advisory, stakeholder management and reporting, capital raising and investment, raising and managing debt, financial feasibility forecasting, contract negotiation, project management, construction for the Crown.
